Continuing our Topic of the Month for November, a

Continuing our Topic of the Month for November, a mum from Swansea was unhappy with the lack of resources for non-Welsh-speaking parents that want to help their children to learn the language. As a result, mum- Bethan Harvey, has created her own website that provides those resources!

The website includes informative and stimulating videos for both, parents and children to learn the language. It is aimed towards primary-school children but can be used by anyone that is looking to practise their Welsh language skills.

We love Ms Harvey's dedication towards the preservation of the language and think her parent-friendly resources website is the perfect learning-tool.

Our little team has raised an incredible £57 to go towards important support and research. We had cake, a best-dressed in PINK competition and a very competitive quiz!

We know it may seem like there are no other option

We know it may seem like there are no other options if you didn't receive the results you'd hoped for at #Alevel or #GCSE because there is such a huge amount of pressure to attend University.

University is a great place to further your education but it's exam based learning is definitely not everyone's cup of tea☕

If you find you learn better through experience but still need the qualifications to succeed in your chosen industry, try an apprenticeship! (One huge bonus is getting paid for your training, rather than paying for it)
